Group Boxing & Boxing For Fitness Classes
There is nothing quite like a genuine boxing based workout to really shift weight, seriously tone and improve overall fitness levels. Boxing based fitness training provides the perfect balance of Aerobic and Anaerobic exercise to maximise weight loss and body toning whilst also improving strength, power and stamina.
The TKO Boxing Gym coaching team have created a series of boxing based fitness classes that feature some of the very same drills and conditioning exercises as used by their many championship boxers. – There are various classes available at the TKO Boxing Gym virtually every day of the week, including specific Ladies and Junior only classes.
The classes have been created for beginners so are suitable for everyone regardless of fitness levels.
The TKO Boxing Gym has separate male and female changing rooms and shower facilities.
